Frshly Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how Frshly, an iOS application operated by VitalApps Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"), handles information about you when you use the app.

Frshly is a food expiry tracker. It is designed to keep your data on your device and to collect as little information as possible.

What data Frshly stores

• Food inventory data: The items you add (name, expiry date, optional notes) are stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to this data.
• App settings: Your preferences (notification times, units, theme) are stored locally on your device.

What data we collect from you

• Anonymous device identifiers: For analytics and crash reporting. These cannot identify you personally.
• Anonymous usage data: Aggregated information about how the app is used (e.g. how many items are added on average), to help us improve Frshly.

We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, photos, or any other personally identifiable information.

Permissions Frshly may request

• Notifications: Used only to remind you when food is about to expire. You can disable these at any time in iOS Settings.

Frshly does not request access to your camera, photo library, location, contacts, microphone, or health data.

How your data is stored

Your food inventory and app settings are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. They are included in your device's iCloud backup if you have iCloud Backup enabled, but we never have access to those backups — only Apple does.

Third-party services

We use Apple's standard analytics and crash reporting tools, which provide only anonymous, aggregated information. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking services in Frshly.

Your rights

You can delete all of your Frshly data at any time by removing items inside the app or by uninstalling the app from your device. Because we don't store your food data on our servers, there is nothing for us to delete on our end.

Children

Frshly is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
