RISE Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or playing RISE ("the app"), made by VitalApps Ltd, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use RISE on devices you own, for your own entertainment. You may not sell, rent, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app or its assets.

3. In-App Purchases

• RISE offers optional purchases: an ad-free upgrade and packs of extra lives.
• All payments are processed by Google Play. We never receive or store your payment details.
• Extra lives are consumable virtual items with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash and are lost if you delete the app's data.
• The ad-free upgrade is a one-time purchase tied to your Google account and can be restored on a new device using the Restore Purchases option in the shop.
• Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy.

4. Advertising

The free version of RISE shows adverts, including optional rewarded adverts you may choose to watch to continue a run. Adverts are supplied by Google AdMob. Buying the ad-free upgrade removes banner adverts.

5. Your Game Data

Your scores, stats and purchases-in-progress are stored on your device only. We do not back them up. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app permanently deletes your progress, and we cannot restore it.

6. Fair Play

You agree not to modify the app, use cheats or automation tools, or otherwise interfere with normal gameplay.

7. Availability & Changes

We may update, change, or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time. We aim to keep the app working but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Liability

RISE is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, VitalApps Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
