How do I add an item to my fridge?
Open Frshly → tap the + button at the bottom → enter the item name and an expiry date → tap Save. The item will appear in your inventory and you'll get a reminder before it expires.
How do I get notified before food expires?
Frshly sends a reminder a few days before each item's expiry date. To enable this, allow notifications when the app first asks, or go to iOS Settings → Frshly → Notifications and turn them on.
How do I delete or edit an item?
Tap any item in your inventory to edit its name, expiry date, or notes. To delete, swipe left on the item and tap Delete.
Where is my food data stored?
Everything is stored locally on your iPhone. Your food data does not leave your device. If you have iCloud Backup enabled, your data is included in your standard iOS backup, but only Apple has access to that — we don't.
How do I delete all my data?
Uninstalling Frshly removes all of its data from your device. There's nothing for us to delete on our end because we don't store your food data on our servers.
The app crashed or something went wrong. What now?
Sorry about that. First, try fully closing the app and reopening it. If the issue continues, email us at vitalappsltd@gmail.com with a quick description (and a screenshot if you can) and we'll dig in.
