Globe Guessr Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

1. Licence

Globe Guessr is made by VitalApps Ltd, a UK-registered company. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the app on devices you own, for your own entertainment. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.

2. What Globe Guessr Is

Globe Guessr is a geography guessing game: you look at real-world imagery and guess the country, on your own or against other players. It is a game — nothing in it is professional, educational, or navigational advice, and imagery may not reflect how a place looks today.

3. Accounts & Fair Play

4. Advertising

Globe Guessr is free to play and supported by adverts served by Google AdMob. Adverts are provided by third parties; we do not control their content and are not responsible for the products or services they promote.

5. Acceptable Use

6. Third-Party Content

Street View panoramas, map tiles and related imagery are provided by Google and remain the property of Google and its licensors, subject to Google's own terms of service. Country facts shown after rounds are provided for fun and may simplify complex subjects.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Online features depend on third-party services and internet connectivity and may be interrupted, changed, or withdrawn. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VitalApps Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

8. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, and may discontinue online features with reasonable notice where practical.

9. Changes to These Terms

If we change these terms we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, except where the law of your country of residence gives you additional non-waivable rights.
