Relapsr Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an End User License Agreement between you and VitalApps Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom, and govern your use of the Relapsr mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using Relapsr, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Relapsr on any Apple device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This licence is for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. What Relapsr Is

Relapsr is a self-help and habit-tracking tool designed to support your recovery, including streak tracking, check-ins, and an optional content blocker. Relapsr does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice and is not a substitute for treatment from a qualified healthcare provider. If you are in crisis, contact a doctor, a licensed professional, or your local emergency services.

3. Subscriptions

Relapsr offers an auto-renewable subscription ("Relapsr Unlimited") that unlocks premium features, including the content blocker, delayed disable, and advanced progress tracking.

• Title: Relapsr Unlimited
• Length & price: offered on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis. The current price, billing period, and price per unit are shown on the subscription screen in the App before you purchase, and may vary by region.
• Payment: payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing & cancelling: you can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
• Free trial: if a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it in any unlawful way or to infringe the rights of others.

5. Your Content & Privacy

Your recovery data (streaks, check-ins, and preferences) is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VitalApps Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Apple

These Terms are between you and VitalApps Ltd only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Any maintenance, support, or product claims are our responsibility, not Apple's, to the extent required by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
